At alexander’s Tiny Homes, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their tiny home purchase. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains your rights, our process, and how we handle refunds and returns.

1. Home Purchases

Due to the custom nature of our tiny homes, we cannot accept returns of completed homes once production has begun. Please carefully review your order, floor plan, and customizations before confirming your purchase.

Exceptions:

• If your home arrives damaged due to delivery issues, we will work with you to repair or replace affected components at no additional cost.

• If an error occurred on our part (wrong model, missing features, or manufacturing defect), we will resolve it promptly.

2. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement without penalty, provided production has not yet started.

• Once production begins, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund, but partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Consultation and Service Fees

Fees paid for consultations, design services, or custom planning sessions are non-refundable, unless the service is not delivered as promised.

6. Important Notes

• Custom orders and personalized features are non-returnable.

• Refunds, when approved, are processed using the same method of payment originally used.

• We reserve the right to deny refunds for issues caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
